  It's an older building and during the winter months it's a little on the chilly side, I often leave my jacket on while watching movies here. The theater gets most of the blockbusters, the movies are clear and the sound is good. It's also important to mention there is one large screen and one smaller screen. I prefer to watch movies only on the large screen.

  Great local theater! Prices are decent, seats are pretty comfortable and staff has always been quite friendly (especially the one gentleman who seems to be more in charge.) My only complaint or thing I think they could improve on would be for them to start accepting credit cards. I personally hardly ever carry cash and would love to be able to use my cards. Oh and more movies at once would be nice, but I can't really expect that for a town the size of Quesnel. But those are minor things, all in all it's a pretty great theater for a town like Quesnel.

  I was not impressed with the service I received here. Came to watch a movie for my birthday and being early March it was somewhat cold outside (about -14°C). After purchasing our tickets at about 8:15pm, we assumed we would be able to go inside, get some popcorn, get a seat and watch some pre-film ads etc. before the movie started at 8:45pm, this was not the case. The lady at the box office told us that we were not aloud into the theatre at all (this Includes the entrance that has the concession) until 8:30pm. At first I assumed it was because there was cleaning to be done in the theatre, but upon being allowed in I was met with a filthy row of seats, half eaten candy and popcorn on the floor, and a spilled drink. Furthermore, it is an old building, carpets definitely need updating, and the entrance walls are a gross off yellow color. In conclusion I would most certainly not recommend this theatre to anyone. Spend the little extra money to go watch it in Prince George.

  Been going here a good part of my life. Free popcorn refills and pop would be nice the price of the pop is like 3 pennys and you pay 3.50 come on
