  This place is horrible. Been there a few times, each time it has had the worst service, greasy, salty food that's not even hot, and the drinks (coffee, Iced tea and water) took half an hour to get to us and remained empty for the whole meal. They charged us for every little thing that was supposed to be included in the meal (ie salsa and sour cream for a quasadillia, toast In a lumberjack slam) and then when we went to pay, they took our card then talked on the phone for 10 minutes while we waited to pay. We will not be going here again. No more second chances.

  No service. Had to ask for refills and some of our order. Everything got shared sepertly. Place was loud. The amount we paid was a total ripoff compared to the value.

  Experienced staff took my custom order promptly and suggested some delicious extras like seasoned fries which complemented my spicy chicken burger. Staff were very friendly and attentive asking how my meal was and asking if I needed more to drink.

  This is the second time we have walked away disgusted,The first time we waited well over a hour for our order,Meanwhile they were serving people who came in after us,And the meal we had ordered was a Salad and Skillet so not that hard to do,We mentioned it 2 times finally the Manager happen to walk by and finally did something about it,Then yesterday thought we would give it a second chance the water they gave me tasted like it was out of the Sewer,the waitress asked if I wanted the tap water instead,Then I asked for NO ONIONS on my cheese burger and what do they do add the onion,I have worked in 2 hospitals and 5 Senior center's and I have my FOOD SAFE as well as my NUTRITION certificates,what would have happened if I had a allergy or something to the onion,I am so disappointed in the Denny's in Quesnel and the one on the North Shore,Kamloop's is no better.
